Delivery & Returns
Orders are dispatched 7 days a week, excluding Bank Holidays. We will send you an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address of the order once it has left our warehouse, however if you do need to amend your order prior to dispatch then please get in touch with our Customer Service team who will do their best to accommodate any changes.
We strive to ensure our delivery information on site is as accurate as possible, however on some occasions packages may be delayed due to factors out of our control.

Standard and Express Delivery options are available for EU countries. Standard delivery orders are dispatched twice a week (Mon & Thurs) with the given delivery estimates indicating deliver time post dispatch.
Express Delivery, including options to non-EU countries are dispatched daily Mon-Fri. Ordrs received after 1pm Friday will be dispatched on Mondays.

Returns

Returns are charged at 12€ for EU countries but may vary for non-EU customers.
